Brad Fallon, Martin Falle

Brad Fallon - President

Brad Fallon is the co-owner of SEO Research and President of Firelands International LLC. Brad is also CEO of Smart Marketing, Inc., a network of wholesale and retail e-commerce businesses. Beginning with a $2,000 start-up investment for My Wedding Favors in January 2004, Brad’s online businesses grew from $1.2 million in first year revenue to $7.8 million in 2005 and $32 million in 2006. Representative web sites include Corner Stork Baby Gifts and Kate Aspen, a leading designer and wholesale supplier of wedding favors.

Brad is the author of Creating Customers Out of Thin Air: Secrets of Online Marketing for Offline Businesses and the host of Search Engine Radio, one of the first online radio shows dedicated to SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

Fallon is the founder of SEO Research, LLC, a research laboratory dedicated to pure and applied research in the area of search engine optimization. SEO Research offers full-service search engine marketing (SEM) to clients of all sizes.

In October 2006, Brad co-founded StomperNet with Andy Jenkins, the leading subscription-based Internet marketing training program. StomperNet provides DVD courses and online training classes from expert faculty members, an online portal community, proprietary software and quarterly live conferences. Brad earned a degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College in 1990 and graduated second in his class from the University of Florida College of Law in 1997. He is also active in the Cure Childhood Cancer Program and is a member of their board.

Martin Falle - CEO

Martin Falle is co-owner of SEO Research and CEO of Firelands International LLC. Falle is also President of Firelands Consulting Incorporated, a full service sales consulting firm.
Falle has an extensive record of achievement, successfully driving multimillion-dollar sales growth and providing award-winning sales leadership, in highly competitive markets. He is tenacious in helping clients build new businesses. As a skilled strategic sales planner, market expansion visionary and relationship manager, his core competencies include; Solution Selling Strategies, Team Building, Territory Growth and Development, High Impact Sales Presentations, Key Client Retention, Organizational Leadership, Process Improvement and Employee Development.

Martin is a former Vice-President of Sales at a Fortune 500 company and was responsible for overseeing revenue of over $170 million. He has experience managing direct field sales teams, inside telephonic support, indirect telephonic sales, specialty teams and training. Falle specializes in helping firms increase revenue, through effective SEO and Internet Marketing.

Falle understands the importance of getting teams to work together. He has partnered with sales, marketing/business development, customer experience, IT and education & development management to oversee sales and business development functions, including new product rollouts, account management, customer relationship development, and order fulfillment. He achieved many accolades for his cross-functional team training, and coaching, while monitoring operational performance of departments to ensure alignment with corporate profit goals.

Falle believes that first-rate results are the #1 priority for ANY business and is committed to delivering similar results to SEO Research clients. His accomplishments are among the best his industry has ever seen. As a VP of Sales, Martin held a central leadership role in increasing product revenue from $10 million to $21 million in just one year, exceeding revenue goal by 143.3%, including company records of overall growth and product goals. He met or exceeded quota 20 straight years as a VP, Sr. Manager, or Direct Field Sales professional, earning multiple company awards in recognition of performance.

As a VP, he was presented with the company’s highest award – Circle of Excellence (2004 & 2005). As a Senior Manager, he and was recognized as Manager of the Year, and earned an unprecedented string of Circle of Excellence Awards for 6 straight years. Lastly, as a Direct Sales Professional, Martin was the #1 Producer (1999), Sales Representative of the Year Award Winner (1997 &1998). He received the highest honors for direct field sales results – President’s Club Award Winner (1994, 1995, 1997 and 1998), Most Valuable Key Account Manager (1993-1994) and Rookie of the Year Award Winner (1992).

Martin is a dynamic public speaker and is a featured speaker at national meetings, management leadership training, new sales rep training, and seminars. Falle has developed and implemented sales training at all levels, and is recognized nationally as an “essential consultant” for business owners who want proven sales acceleration programs.

Falle earned his degree in Communications at Ohio University (1986), and is a graduate of the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. His hobbies include Country Music, where he performs and records with Dingtown (www.Dingtown.net). He is active with United Way Charities, donating royalties from his original CDs.
